Perceptics has maintained certification of company-wide conformance to ISO 9001 since February 2008.
ISO 9001 is the internationally recognized standard for quality management of companies like Perceptics. It consists of principles and guidelines to ensure that the organization plans, implements, monitors and continually improves its processes with a goal of consistently meeting or exceeding its customers' expectations. Certification to this standard adds accountability by involving a third-party registrar who regularly audits the company’s Quality Management System. Maintaining ISO 9001 certification is important because we believe it demonstrates a commitment to quality, sustainability, continual improvement and, most importantly, a commitment to our customers.
